"I am sorry for the experience, but in my opinion this is the most unfair review I got in 13 years. It's not alright at all after I have provided the client with x2 or x3 amount of work (free of charge) for already discounted project. The project contained 5 complex animations + full working Figma prototype. After the client disliked the first fully finished design, I gladly and happily offered to redesign everything without any cost to make it a great experience, hoping for appreciation.
After we finished the new design that was made 100% based on clients very detailed brief (where he wanted to lead every aspect of the design) and the client accepted the design, the ISSUE happened, because we had signed agreement that the transfer of copyright and transfer/usage of design files will be done after the payment has been confirmed and the client refused to keep his word and honor the agreement, then got extremely unsatisfied after a polite reminder about agreement. Emotional review is a result of that, but of course the client still got the files in the end.
After everything I was still willing to do anything at all to make it positive for both sides and not to end this way. My work is not garbage and the client confirmed and took the files. It is the hi-end work made respecting turnaround with professionalism, kindness, emotions and quality which all my other reviews are proudly and honestly showing.
