We are currently looking to create a new generic PowerPoint template for our Berlin-based healthcare technology start-up. This will be a PowerPoint that we will use for business development purposes to pitch our company. The template will have a light colored background and be generic in nature so that we can give it to employees of our company to add custom content on.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
The client will need the fonts to edit slides.
