Been in business since 2009 and brokered thousands of deals with buyers and sellers. Would like to include the "Since 2009" or something similar in logo.

We are looking to go more modern, high end, professional in our target marketing. Apire Elite will be a real estate brand that is part of a bigger company in development, but it will have a different logo.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
