I am looking for a clean, modern logo. I would like the "Hi-Lo" to be prominent and "Emergency Vehicles" can be less conspicuous. I'm hoping for a logo that includes red and blue (think police lights). The company name comes from the hi-lo police siren, which alternates between a high and low tone. This tone is still used by many European police agencies. In terms of a sound wave, it would look like a square wave (see attached photos). It’s not necessary but would be great if this square wave could be incorporated into the design.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
