I worked with over 40 designers and had over 300 designs for my banner ad project on 99Designs. Nicolet Media did a great job of keeping the look and feel of the banner consistent with our corporate branding. They also designed one of the best looking buttons I've ever seen in my life. When I saw the button, I pulled a Paris Hilton because all I could say was "Thats Hot".
