$1500- houses.net redesign - need a coded design for this real estate site

We are in need of a redesign of houses(dot)net - we are open to new color schemes so be creative! If you want to create a new logo as well to use in your design that would be preferable.

Desired Color Scheme:
soft, warm color scheme - we like sites like hgtv, etc. etc

Desired Style:
something fresh and new

Accepted File Formats:
CSS and HTML along with PNGs,GIFs, or JPGs for the images

In the new design, we are in need of a new look and feel to the site.

If you can create a new look for the following two pages:

1. new home page

2. property details page

There are no pictures for the property details page.

We like the tones and feel of sites like frontdoor.com

* Navigation elements

* Video spot for the current video on the home page

* Search Box for looking for properties

* Buying and Selling Links section

* Featured Property section

* Latest news section (text links that will be fed into this spot)

* 160x600 block carved out for advertising, etc on the right side of the page preferably

Like we mentioned before there are no pictures of the properties, but we do have need a space for the Google Map (currently above the agent profile)

Also need the "Find Out More" box to be very prominent on the property details page.
