"I don't have poor communication with the client, but the client initially mentioned Vista Printer in connection with a project on the 99designs website. I submitted 3 or 4 logo revisions as one option for the project, but I don't want to do additional work for free to add more logo designs. The client has asked me to confirm adding a business card for an extra cost. Although the designer does not own Vista as a printing service, I will work on the logo with business card dimensions, deliver the files, and then the client can take them to another print shop. I am confused about why the client mentioned changing two logos for free and why the client's cost with Vista is expensive. Thank you!"
