We are the largest Gay and Lesbian Snowboard and Ski Organization in the world providing online social networking to this community along with producing snowboard and ski events here in Colorado.
What's your vision?
We need to have reusable print piece created from which we can extract elements from the psd, png, or ai file format to resize/reuse in various promotional avenues. Examples of elements we would extract or media types we would resize for would include the event logo element and to resize we normally produce a 4x6 post card as well as banners (33x72 for example). Normally we resize and adjust elements to fit what we need to print. The event is call "OutBoard Hooky Day". It is a snowboard/ski day where we are telling our members to play hooky from life. The general concept of the day is a loosely organized day where our members can meet at a selected resort and ride/ski together. Our standard major color is shades of blue (see our website.. www.outboard.org) We also mix in reds and yellows to our various pieces. As details of each day change, the card/banner should have a space where we can update the details (date/time of meeting, location, details, etc) We also need to be able to extract the specific 'hooky day' logo so to speak to be able to use it on our website as an event icon. Attached is our organization logo which needs to be incorporated as well. Ideal format would be psd, png, or ai file with layers that can be altered to meet the needs of each individual event held under the hooky day moniker.
The target audience for our events are 90% male, college educated professional, and outdoors types.
