We have a feature film that is being released in January 2017.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We would like a poster for both our theatrical release and our digital release. The movie is a mix of romance and sport, and we'd like an evocative poster that highlights both elements, while not being overly busy. We also have some recognizable actors whose faces should be visible. The movie is entitled "Lost in Florence", and that title could inform the design.
Other notes
The movie revolves around a violent sport they play in Florence (Italy) called calcio storico. The main character is Eric, an American who gets involved with the sport, and also with an Italian woman, Stefania, who is the girlfriend of his team captain, Paolo. More info in the photos. The blonde woman is his old girlfriend, who rejects him at the beginning of the movie (and probably wouldn't go on the poster). The woman with brown hair is his cousin and good friend, Anna, she could go on the poster. I have higher-resolution photos for the final designs, I figured it would be easier for now for you to work with lower-resolution photos. There will also probably be a "billing block" on the final poster. I've attempted to upload our temporary trailer for the movie, to give you an idea of the feel of the movie. This trailer is private and must not be shared with anyone. (I'm not positive you'll be able to view it, actually.)
