We are the economic development department of an electric utility; our task is to promote the efficient sale of electricity to commercial and industrial customers.
What's your vision?
We want to have an 8.5" x 5.5" postcard cover designed using the aerial photograph attached. This building is the Essex Road Manufacturing Plant. The building details that we want listed on the postcard include: 253,780 SF, plus 4,480 SF of office space, 24 ft. clear ceiling height, railroad siding on premises, 2 50 ft. bays, 1 40 ft. bay, 9 dock high overhead doors, deadicated electric substation. For further information about the building, interested parties should contact Gary Gentry, Executive Director, Knox County Development Corporation, 1101 North Third Street, Vincennes, IN 47591, www.kcdc.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, 812-886-6993 We already have a template we will use for the mailing side of the postcard, so the designer is responsible only for creating one side of the postcard to provide information about the building and to promote its suitability for sale to a new manufacturing company.
This postcard will be mailed to business leaders and site consultants throughout the United States to inform them about economic growth and development in Indiana, and to encourage them to consider expanding their business operations in Indiana.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Postcard, flyer or print starts at €179.
