Entertainment & The Arts
Mo Bros Books is a publishing imprint that is launching in summer 2015. We plan to release novels in the following genres: young adult dystopian, satire, crime, and science fiction.
What's your vision?
I need an ad designed to get attention for my booth at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books. The ad will be in the Marketplace of the 2015 Los Angeles Times Festival of Books program guide. The Program guide tops the paper on Sunday, April 12, 2015, reaching 1.2 subscribers. This is a newspaper/print only ad-it will not be shown online. The size is: 2.3 inch x 1.75 inch. So they ad must be enticing and eye-catching at a small size. I hope for it to stand out and look professional. Embellish with a positive, energetic design as you see fit. Highlighting the different "Story topics" in different/alternating colors might be effective. Highlighting the website url or drawing attention to it in some way would be good too. While you are welcome to admonish the ad's text for persuasive purposes, it should state the following (or something close to this): Story topics: Teenagers. Terrorists. Drugs. Ancient Aliens. Mo Bros Books celebrates its upcoming summer book launch with over $2500 worth of giveaways and freebies April 18-19th. Check out mobrosbooks.com or stop by our booth to join the celebration.
The exact wording may change slightly. If it does, it won't be much longer or shorter than the current copy. If room allows, it would be nice to include the Mo Bros Books logo (attached in a normal size and a small size if needed).
