PLEASE READ BRIEF CAREFULLY ALSO, PLEASE READ THROUGH OUR WEBSITE to get a sense of our organization: ww.nfx.com Project Scope: Create a seal that is a SMALL VARIATION of the attached existing seal for NFX Guild. It should have the feel of a seal from an elite university or institution. See attached Stanford logo for inspiration. Who We Are: We are an invite-only, top-tier venture capital fund/start-up accelerator in Silicon Valley. We invest in early-stage technology companies and provide their founders the training to be ultra-successful entrepreneurs who build massive businesses. Our Target Audience: We are an elite, rigorous training ground for top, top entrepreneurs. We go after the most motivated, driven, and hard-working talent in the Valley. The former founder and CEO of Mint.com took a business through our program. A former three-time CEO of publicly traded companies has come through our program. We have to project quality and prestige. We are working with the best of the best in technology today. The Feel of the Brand: We were deliberate in our name choice. The word "guild" communicates a dedication to craft, discipline, mastery, and expertise. As former venture capitalists and founders, we pass on the secrets of our trade, like master craftsmen in old guilds. We want this seal to feel and look like one from elite university or institution, like Stanford, Harvard, or Cambridge. We want to project pedigree. Words That Describe Our Brand: Prestigious, elite, rigorous, authentic, transformative, aspirational, confident, resilient, tough, focused, driven Specific Design Requests We want the seal to have texture and richness to it. We want depth. We want the X to remain the hero execution. The X MUST be in there. We like the geometry in the background of our current seal as a way to support our core thesis of network effects. We want your work to be SUBTLE variations on what we have. We like where ours is headed. It just doesn't quite feel "there" yet. What Does NFX Mean? It stands for "network effects," which is the core thesis of our business. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Network_effect
