Wir sind eine kleine Mikrobrauerei aus den Schweizeralpen und produzieren ein möglichst lokales und bodenständiges Produkt. Unsere Zielgruppe ist der einfache (wir denken eher männliche) Biertrinker. Dieser legt Wert auf ein Produkt aus der Region (Alpen, Bergwelt, Landwirtschaft) und ist einfach gestrickt.
