Wir stellen Lebensmittel zur Direktvermarktung her; dies tun wir fair und ehrlich, traditionell aber modern interpretiert, mit gutem Handwerk, aus regionalen Zutaten (wo möglich aus Bio Produktion) und Hand in Hand mit den Prodzuenten. Zielgruppe: die Konsumenten, die mit gutem Gewissen geniessen wollen. (buna conscienza ist rätoromanisch für Gutes Gewissen).

Wir stellen Produkte her, die unsere Kunden mit gutem Gewissen geniessen können. Dabei ist uns die traditionelle Herstellung, die Nachhaltigkeit und das Wiederentdecken von Altem wichtig. Das interpretieren wir modern und mit Spass. So kann auf dem Logo die Schrift klassisch sein, das Schwein sollte aber modern sein. Wir freuen uns auf die Vorschläge!!!
