daniel.amesberger got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Logo for an Automation Platform
Check out daniel.amesberger's Logo design contest…
This logo is for a product (or more series of products) for automation (Home as well as industrial automation and Internet of Things). It can be used to control machines, clean rooms or homes and many other things. This product should stand out of the mass with a very clean non-convoluted design. We already sell a basic version worldwide, but now it is time for a next step which includes a slick design, nice aluminum cases and Android and IPhone App for easy remote control and setup (configuring and controlling machines or your home with the app). The target audience for the logo are decision makers buying into this brand (when they decide to use this product as their automation platform instead big companies like Siemens or others they have to make a pretty big decision)
The logo should be modern, clean and transport high quality. There is a current very basic logo (link here: http://www.amescon.com/media/14397/pilot-logo-135x43.png) Currently the capital T plays with the notion to misread the last part as IoT (internet of things), hence the two colors. If it fits better for your design you can also make the T lowercase, or all letters lowercase, there is not a strict rule. Please only logos with art and text, so that the logo without text can be used separately. The logo should also work as a splash screen of an Android/IPhone app. Currently the pilot platform is mainly electronic printed circuit boards, but in the future there will be aluminum cases, which get only the logo on the front, so it should be possible to engrave it (needs to look good with just one color)
