Dear designers, to give you an idea of who we are, we would like to introduce ourselves with our leitmotif/Slogan: We are a group of socially engaged people from the correctional system, which supports the reintegration of former detainees into society. Part of the proceeds from the sale of our products will be donated to social institutions that support ex-prisoners in their transition to life after prison. The designs come exclusively from the pens of inmates or former inmates. And we are looking for a logo for a new brand/brand, which we can then have printed on the products. Our wish is to offer products especially clothes for sale in an online store, which are made in German prisons. But it is not yet so far, because such a platform must first be created. We are a team of people who all have prison experience, be it with or without a key. But let's first start classically with an online store and the "Print on Demand" system. The designs (here meaning graphics/images) are exclusively created by current or former inmates. If we succeed in generating a small capital stock with "Print on Demand", we want to take the next step and print our "own" clothes ourselves with the help of a prison print shop. In a correctional facility you have a lot of time and a lot of creative people and of course tattoo artists who would like to incorporate their designs into their own brand. Nevertheless, we decided to use professional help for the logo creation, because we all wear the blinders of the correctional system here. A company foundation is on the way, but first we want a logo we can identify with. Our name is JP and it stands for Jail Production. Our idea: The logo should be lively. Not be with jail-typical associations like bars, walls, handcuffs, keys etc., if maybe only minimally hinted at. It can be quietly one color (see appendix) and transparent, with a similar font, but not colorful. It should be youthful, vibrant, energetic, confident, and powerful. The "JP" should be the eye catcher and "Jail Production" should also be evident in the logo somehow. But maybe these are our blinders again. So now it's your turn, if you now have completely different ideas in mind, that's of course also desired and great.
