About us
Wir möchten 7 Eigentumswohnungen in einem Neubauobjekt verkaufen. Die Wohnungen haben unterschiedliche Schnitte aber sind sehr exklusiv und modern gebaut. Teilweise mit Gartenanteil. Jede Wohnung hat eine Terasse oder Balkon. Die Penthousewohnungen haben teilweise eine riesen Dachterasse. Das Haus eignet sich für Singles, Pärchen, genauso wie für eine Familie mit 1-2 Kindern. Im Haus befindet sich ein Glasaufzug und die Bäder sind exklusiv und modern. Die Lage in der Stadt Passau ist mit einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung zum Zentrum und ein belebtes Viertel, perfekt für Familien. Die wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Stadtpanorama der Altstadt Passau mit dem Passauer Dom und den 3 Flüssen (Donau, Inn, Ilz) bildet eine Besonderheit bei diesem Objekt dar. Der Stadtteil nennt sich Hacklberg und liegt auf einem Hügel über der Stadt.
