Tom.logan got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Create the next logo for Legends Grill and Sports Bar
Check out Tom.logan's Logo design contest…
Here is our concept statement: Legends Grill & Sports Bar is the perfect place to enjoy a drink and meal while watching your favorite team or sporting event in action. The latest technology is used to provide large screens and multiple viewing angels set amongst an open atmosphere of polished hardwood floors, pigskin walls, and sporting memorabilia showcasing Philadelphia's greatest sports legends. We are right outside Philadelphia and used to be a Shulas 347 Grill. The restaurant has hardwood floors and we are putting a state of the art TV system including 13 - 46" TVs and a jumbo 80" TV. We will also feature photos and memorabila of sports legends from Football, Basketball, Golf, Baseball, Hockey etc. We have three private dining areas and serve Breakfast lunch dinner and late night. Our Target audiance is sport minded business people ages 30 - 50 that are looking for a great place to see sports and can afford a $35 steak and $13 martini.
Logo types to explore
This is for an upscale, exciting, high tech sports bar and the logo needs to portray this. It will be used in multi media sites for advertising, including ESPN commercials. There are a lot of Bars that use the name Legends so we definitely need something that is unique and that doesn't resemble an existing design. You can see the existing ones is you search Legends. We are located in the Marriott hotel but do not want that known anywhere in the logo. This should be considered a free standing restaurant. The existing Restaurant is a Shulas 347 Grill can be view on the Philadelphia Marriott West website. We are adding a lot more video displays and different memorabilia but everything else is staying the same so you can look at our pictures and get a feel for the restaurant.

We've used Milosh for two sets of logos - corporate and product. We're very happy with the flow of the theme across the portfolio. A very good job.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
