Advice website logo contest $170

I need simple logo for domain and its subdomain (porada.sk and drak.porada.sk). This is for 2 year webpage using only my simple logo sofar.

Desired Color Scheme:
light blue, dark blue and for

Desired Style:
soft, readable, neat, no havy design

Accepted File Formats:
psd and probably some vector graphic (if for printing purp. necessary)

Logo will be used for two level domain. porada.sk and drak.porada.sk

This logo will be used for webpage - advice exchange forum. People contribute advices and solutions.
Meaning of the site name (http://www.porada.sk) is something like "company board meeting", "meeting", "councel board".
It referr to event where staff meet to exchange news, propose new goals, suggest solutions etc.

TAGLINE for porada.sk is "spolu vieme viac" wich means "together we know more"

The main object in the logo should be "porada.sk" and other graphics part should subtile if any ( I like sedo.com logo for instance)
I like easy, soft and very readable logos .-)
Logo MUST be readably from distance clearly. No sofisticated graphics...

The color is set - light blue (for "porada") and dark blue for ("sk"), but you are free to bring new ideas.
Logo is prefered as it is in lower case but feel free to bring new ideas.

Then I need to attach another subdomain drak.porada.sk that is used separately and use also separate design style with main GREEN color. (see webpage).
drak part can differ also in font if it is convenient.
drak is acronym of words which are also tagline to drak.porada.sk
DRAK= "databáza rieení aktualít a komentárov" which means "database of solutions, news and comments".
"Drak" also means dragon and I will later ask for dragon illustration that I plan to use all over site (you don't need to draw it now or later).
