DNAES stands for Design & Apply Effective Solutions
I aim at assisting all-size companies to question old practices in order to adapt to present and get ready for future.
My action consists of:
- Performing studies to get a deep understanding of the inefficiencies
- Proposing new business models
- Proposing concrete business application in line with the new paradigm
The greatest difficulty I encounter is that people are generally reluctant to make any changes, and I have to come over the passive-aggressive behaviour of key persons within these companies, by convincing their management that the changes while looking insurmountable, are not impossible and are absolutely necessary.
I initially designed myself a couple of logo, first using a DNA helix in order to reflect that we plan to treat not only symptoms but also address defective genes. Then I tried also with a Mandelbrot fractal shape to reflect that issues are always the same and only scale changes.
Then I realized that I am not a designer and decided to call for help of proffessionals. I am ready to explore any other suggestions and appeal to your designers' skills to surprise me.
Thank you all for the time you took to read it,
