We want to convey that we are an international organization that trains non-profits working in health, conservation and human rights to harness the power of creativity and the arts to educate, inspire and mobilize communities around change.
We are transitioning from an old name "ArtCorps" which will remain a program within the Institute. We would like to find a way to connect the new and old names until people understand the connection on their own. We thought about the tag line being "home of ArtCorps". Not sure if you have ideas.
While we like the colors of the current ArtCorps logo, we are open to a "new" look that doesn't necessarily incorporate the block letter look.
We also want to be careful to convey this is a learning institute where the leaders and educators within social change organizations are empowered to creatively address challenges they face across health, human rights, and conservation initiatives. We work in Latin America, Africa and the US. We do not want it to appear like a child-focused program, although the ArtCorps program works with communities directly, and therefore children, youth, women etc.
