We are using a personalized question-answer approach trying receive information from people looking to buy a condo in order to match it with the housing market. A great user experience as well as a certain amount of professionalism/trustworthyness is mandatory, since we're aiming to use many different signals and inputs besides the "classics" (e.g. way to work, points of interest, personal interests, leisure-time design ideas, family structure...). The goal is to not just show users any apartments, but rather exactly what they are looking for. Personalization is key.

Our target group is anyone who is looking to buy a condo - for starters only in the Austrian urban regions. Data has shown that women lead the charge here, demographics have shown that the age of the primary target group ranges between the late 20s to the mid-/late 30s. Double-income-no-kids or young families, financially stable and with a good educational background.
