The American Bald Eagle needs to be incorporated into the logo as well as a silhouette of the State of West Virginia. I am trying to invoke a patriotic image to the people that I am going to fight for them and be a watchful eye for the state of West Virginia. At a minimum, your entries must show the design on a yard sign, t-shirt, business card, and letterhead by the end of the competition for me to accept it. The design needs to be legible on small items like buttons and bumper stickers. It also needs to be legible at a distance like on a bumper sticker at 70 mph or a yard sign at 35 mph. It needs to be resizable for use online as an icon on social networks. All of those designs not meeting these requirements will be eliminated.
