Raffael and Sigrid are lovers of life, parents, and authors of various parenting books. They have been married for 8 years, with a preschooler now (5 years old), a toddler (3years old), and a baby on the way. Despite working full-time and parenting their children, Raffael and Sigrid find time to travel. They have been to 30 countries, many of which they traveled with one or both toddlers on their backs, so kids never stopped them from enjoying life and parenthood. They believe that the key to successful parenting is finding strategies that work for your family and implementing them - a day at a time is their motto.

Having worked with a few couples from their locality by mentoring them to figure out parenting, Raffael and Sigrid are now expanding their reach by writing this book. They believe in sharing the knowledge they’ve acquired during their parenting journey to help other couples ace their journeys too.

The reader has been having anger management issues, but they’ve gotten worse since they started raising a family. They are here in search of answers and solutions to anger problems.
