Writer. This book is a historical novel about Ireland. This book is targeted for Irish-Americans (36 million), Irish, and others who enjoy books about heroes fighting for freedom.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Front and back cover of a book of about 320 pages, with spine. The book is about Irish history during 1916-1922, but also goes back to old Celtic tales, with warriors, swords, dragons and warriors, including women Celtic warriors. The cover should provide a link between Ancient (Celtic) and modern (1920) warriors. One concept is for a young woman walking toward the viewer, holding an ancient sword in her left hand, with one or two Ancient Celtic warriors behind her on the left. In her right hand is a Thompson submachine gun (The Irish Sword), and modern fighters (one or two) in long overcoats with Tommy Guns are behind her on her right side. She is wearing sexy skimpy outfit, with shorts (like jean cutoffs), boots, and a bra. Has long billowing red hair and green eyes, and some blue paint on her face/body. She is thus a fighter in the traditions of ancient Ireland and the 1920 fight for independence.
Some photos are included. Ancient Ireland had women warriors, who often wore very little clothing. Photos include ancient warriors, and a woman walking forward with people behind her (Unraveling). An optional approach is shown in JPG called DemonGlass, where the modern (above) is reflected as the Ancient (below). One previous design I got made was for Electric Blue, the book on 99 designs; back cover for this can be similar, I'll provide text for boxes.
