Pictures of the authors have been attached (Justin Browder & Bryan Schoeff images). Book Summary: The book will cover how Project Managers and Developers generally view each other and their projects, and propose strategies to create a happy, healthy, and successful project environment. The book will be based on a presentation (2 slides attached--"Perfect Strangers Presentation Slides.pdf"), given by Justin Browder, a Project and Program Manager, and Bryan Schoeff, a Developer. They have long been interested in the very different ways Project Managers and Developers view projects. Over coffee, lunch, and drinks, they’ve collaborated and argued to acknowledge those differences, and worked to develop ways to bridge this gap. As part of AXIA Consulting, Bryan and Justin try to incorporate these methods daily to create fun and productive environments for project teams.
