Superb cover and was easy to work with! I would work with them again!
Amazing design work. Very professional.
T.J. Rogers's use of retro science fiction in this cover was a bit hit, with lots of colour co-ordination along a green-blue theme. The alien positioned in front of the time tunnel machine was designed to look weird, eye-catching, and irresistible. The cool, sleek title jived in well with a futuristic, modern theme for this book.

Lies Beneath Ellicott City-- A Tasker Mystery
Corrosive greed, public corruption, and environmental degradation intertwine in small, historic Ellicott City, on the Patapsco River that feeds into the Chesapeake Bay. Jack Tasker is a typical thirteen year old, save for his shock of red hair and being the nephew of a not so typical uncle who serves as his surrogate dad. Ben Tasker is an irascible newspaper man and reporter. When the skeletal remains of a young girl, over a century old, surface at the reportedly haunted Patapsco Female Institute in Ellicott City the police are compelled to search the grounds for more bodies. Surprisingly, they find a newly murdered John Doe. Immediately Ben Tasker is on the case and Jack is right there with him. While the two peruse the grounds of the Institute on a Saturday night for clues that the police might have missed they witness the appearance of an apparition who surreptitiously leads them to the discovery of a back pack in the hollow of a large tree. The backpack contains among other items a very important journal.
Good sleuthing and great haste will be needed if they can put things right before it all goes wrong for the mighty Chesapeake.
My suggestion for the cover is something that conveys an ominous spookiness. It might have a drawing of the haunted Patapsco Female Institute in Ellicott City (photos below) with an apparition hanging around the top of it staring down at a huge tree showing a hollow in it (photo below). A backpack might be lying nearby with an open journal leaning against it. It’s a windy night and other trees blowing in the wind might be depicted.
