Anica has done an outstanding job. She understood my messages well and is a great communicator. What was important to me: building trust and understanding what I needed and getting it translated into a cool design. - mission accomplished!
I will definitely continue working with Anica. Her design, design range, reliability, work ethic and integrity makes her an ideal partner for almost any type of project.
Thank you very much again for your work, Anica!
An absolute pleasure to work with! I'm a pretty detail-oriented person so I can tend to nit-pick and Bob was there to help see my vision through every step of the way! I will most definitely be referring to him for future projects!
I've used Nicole7 for several book cover designs now. I've always been very happy with the final results and there's always great communication. Highly recommended!

@sirjotajota is an extremely responsive designer who delivers. I needed a cover design like yesterday and was frustrated by the attempts of two designers. He had just completed a seriously HOT cover and was the logical choice. I am so thankful that he took on my project as the prior design lacked that WOW factor, the edge I needed to launch my brand. I am happy to say that I have it now thanks to you. :o)

I am an independent author.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
I want a book cover design for use in both print and ebook. This is the first book in what will be a series. The mood is fairly dark. The genre is supernatural, psychological suspense. There are no vampires, werewolves, etc. The 'supernatural' aspect is more along the lines of enhanced human abilities. The book title is ELI'S COMING. The series title is CHASING THE NIGHT - Book 1.
I'm thinking maybe dark storm clouds in the background, though this is just a vague idea and I'm totally open to other designs. The thing I'm most wary of is using a male model as the focal point. That's not to say I'm not open to it, only that it would have to be a perfect fit. Eli's character has dark hair and eyes, clean cut, but more edgy than pretty boy.
I do not yet have an exact page count, which I think you need for the spine. The book is in the final editing phase. A rough estimate for page count is 225.
Here is the blurb for the back cover:
Eli’s dark legacy holds murder as his rite of passage. They say his ability is a gift. He calls it a curse. A life of violence and heartache leaves him with nothing left to fight for.
Or so he thinks.
Amanda steals his heart, but love makes him vulnerable. He must give her up or accept who he is and fight.
Will he risk stepping into the darkness that could consume him?
